Citizens of certain countries require a visa to come to Ireland. Even non-visa nationals can be required to apply for permission to come to Ireland before arriving, depending on the reason for their travel. Others can arrive in Ireland without a visa and apply for the appropriate permission after they have arrived.
Our visa consultants can help you identify if you require a visa, and which visa type is appropriate for your circumstances. We can assist you to submit the visa application and compile supporting documentation. If you have been refused a visa, we can assist in the appeal process.
We have a team of multi-lingual experts based in Ireland who can provide this service in your language via internet call. We also arrange face-to-face consultations in various locations across the world.
EU citizens and immediate family members (spouse, partner, children under 21, dependent parents) have rights of entry to and residence in Ireland. Wider family members may also be permitted to enter and reside. Once in Ireland, EU citizens and their family members can apply for a 5 year Residence Card, and after 5 years can apply for Permanent Residence. These rights can be kept in some circumstances, even if the EU citizen dies or the relationships break down. We can assist in applying for a visa under EU law, or in helping you with your residence rights after arriving in Ireland.
Once you have had residence in Ireland for 5 out of the past 9 years can apply for Irish Citizenship. In some circumstances (eg. If you are married to an Irish citizen) you can apply after only 3 years. We can assist you to make an application for citizenship and to compile the necessary evidence to show your residence over the required period.
